Internal & Employee Communication Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking an Internal & Employee Communication Manager.

Overview
The Internal and Employee Communications Manager is a six month maternity leave cover, and will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture and ensure alignment with the company's goals and values. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between leadership and employees, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Communication Strategy Development:
* Design and implement comprehensive internal communication plans that support our -always on- communication efforts across HR, Legal, Product and Brand
* Develop and manage engaging communications for employees globally on behalf of leadership, especially as it relates to our enterprise strategy
* Collaborate with HR, marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging
* Manage the creation and dissemination of critical company updates and announcements

Leadership Communication Support:
* Assist executives and managers in developing effective communication strategies
* Provide training and resources to improve leadership communication skills
* Draft talking points, presentations, and other communication materials for senior leaders

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; Advanced degrees or certifications in communication are a plus
* 8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
