Job Description:
Pay Range: $108.16hr - $111.16hr
- The Technology Lead will drive the design, development, and rapid iteration of automation and AI-enhanced tools to support pilot programs.
- This role involves building workflows, integrations, and prototypes using low-code/no-code platforms, collaborating with internal and external teams, and translating product and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Rapidly build and iterate automations using low-code and no-code platforms to support manual pilot operations.
- Implement AI-enhanced tools, including EV selection agents and online home assessment solutions.
- Create workflows and integrations connecting pilot program components (application forms, scheduling, data tracking, communication).
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and prototype solutions quickly.
- Collaborate with client IT and external development vendors to translate requirements into technical specifications for scalable platforms.
- Serve as a technical advisor during platform build-out, bridging startup and enterprise approaches.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to understand customer needs and rapidly test solutions.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of software development or technical implementation experience.
- Experience building systems using AI, including agents or similar AI-powered tools.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and building using modern tools (low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, automation tools).
- Understanding of web technologies and system integrations.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and rapid iteration cycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic approach to delivering solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with startup teams, enterprise IT, and external vendors.
- Deep experience with Large Language Models, agentic AI, or advanced AI/ML systems.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot).
- Experience bridging pilot programs with enterprise systems.
- Product management experience, including interacting with customers and writing user stories.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, processes, and requirements.
- Experience managing or collaborating with external development vendors.
- Startup or innovation lab experience.
- Understanding of EV adoption, home electrification, or energy programs.
- Passion for climate tech, clean energy, and enhancing customer experience.
