job summary:


  • As an IT Business Analyst, you will provide technical and business systems and software support for modification, implementation, or rollout of business applications. You will partner with product managers, marketing specialists, business, technology, operations, and compliance to deliver project initiatives.

salary: $43.56 - 53.56 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Bachelors



responsibilities:


  • Proficiency in elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, database usage, and understanding of business rules language (BRL) or experience with tools (BRMS/BRE).
  • Ability to design, develop, and execute testing and validation of new systems and applications, ensuring they meet business needs and requirements.
  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to drive the execution of deliverables with competing priorities and or deadlines.


qualifications:


  • Product/project management experience using software development methodologies such as Agile, SDLC and Waterfall
  • Self-starter with ability to independently manage own work across initiatives and demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond quickly to changing priorities or issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office product suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
