- 6 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst(or Analytics Engineer)
- Strong SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, aggregations)
- Experience working with large, messy, real-world datasets
- Exposure to healthcare, claims, or financial data
- Proven ability to explain why numbers do not match
- Strong documentation and analytical thinking skills
