Role- Java FS Developer

Responsibilities-

  • Maintain strong working relationships with Product Owners to understand business requirements, lead requirement-gathering sessions, and review design proposals.
  • Own and manage backlog items; collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver planned sprint features.
  • Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural and coding standards.
  • Mentor, lead, and guide team members on technical best practices and coding techniques.
  • Prototype, develop, and troubleshoot software across both UI and service layers.
  • Perform peer reviews to ensure code reusability, scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in collaborative discussions around user experience, system design, architecture, and development approach.
  • Demonstrate completed features/sub-features to client stakeholders and articulate implementation details using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
