Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Engineer with a strong development background to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining cloud-native applications on AWS, leveraging services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and Step Functions. The ideal candidate will have solid programming experience, strong cloud service knowledge, and a passion for designing scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy serverless and containerized applications using AWS services.
- Build and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
- Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and architects to implement best practices in cloud-based application development.
- Use AWS SDKs (e.g., boto3 for Python, AWS SDK for JavaScript/TypeScript) to integrate AWS services into applications.
- Optimize application performance, cost, and scalability using AWS-native patterns and services.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and GitHub Actions.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using AWS CDK or Terraform.
