Software Test Analyst 5 - Senior MDHHS ARC

Remote or On-site: Accepting local candidates within 90 minutes of Lansing, MI ONLY. Position will be hybrid, in office 2 days a week upon start and there is NO REMOTE ONLY option.

- 5+ years experience designing and executing manual and automated test cases.
- 5+ years experience analyzing requirements, user stories (in Azure DevOps), and acceptance criteria to design effective, reusable test cases (including positive, negative, and boundary testing).
- Demonstrable experience automating web applications using frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

The resource will act as a software test analyst, with duties including designing and executing manual and automated test cases, generating and documenting test plans and strategies, generating testing reports and metrics, API testing, and ADA Compliance testing.
Must Have senior level (5+ years) experience and proficiency in the following:
Testing & Quality Assurance Skills
Designing and executing manual and automated test cases.
Understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes (Quality Assurance, User Acceptance, System Integration, Accessibility, Performance, Regression, Post Deployment Validation, Data Conversion).
Generating and documenting test plans and strategies.
Generating testing reports and metrics.
