Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Integration Test Technician II to support environmental testing of flight hardware. This role involves hands-on work with thermal, vibration, and pressure testing systems, as well as data acquisition equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental testing, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Integration Test Technician II to support environmental testing of flight hardware. This role involves hands-on work with thermal, vibration, and pressure testing systems, as well as data acquisition equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental testing, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform environmental stress screening (thermal, vibration, pressure) on flight hardware per procedures.
- Install, operate, and maintain test equipment including vibration tables, thermal chambers, and pressure systems.
- Set up and troubleshoot data acquisition systems (DAQ) and instrumentation (e.g., PTs, TCs, voltage/current sensors, mass flow meters).
- Collaborate with test engineers and management to coordinate daily test activities.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with 5S standards.
- Configure test setups and instrumentation based on test plans and engineering standards.
- Manage multiple test projects simultaneously while meeting operational schedules.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of experience in environmental testing (vibration, shock, or performance testing).
- High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in ambiguous situations.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and test procedures.
- Experience with DAQ systems, data analysis, and test instrumentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders/stairs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or technical degree in a related field.
- Experience with MES, non-conformance systems, and order scheduling tools.
- Skilled in using and maintaining calibrated equipment.
- Familiarity with GSE/fittings and test instrumentation (e.g., thermocouples, RTDs, strain gauges, accelerometers, flow meters).
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics.
- Experience with tools like National Instruments, Dewesoft, Arduino, LabVIEW, or TestStand.
