Description

Responsibilities

Utilize ERP/ MRP system data, BOEs, and team inputs to refine schedule prior to baselining.

Support the Portfolio Execution Team to ensure project requirements and milestones are documented, resource constraints and risks identified, and that the schedule is updated in real time as new information received.

Evaluate materials schedules and coordinate procurements and expediting needs to meet production schedules.

Develop resource plans for project execution and production

Plan, track, and recommend staff assignments to ensure the schedule is maintained

Evaluate hours and/or cost expenditures against plan to ensure financial performance it achieved

Establish project metrics; collect and analyze data, report results to PM, and work with QA to initiate corrective or preventative actions A/R

Identify, document, track, and update project risks

Document lessons-learned for future project scheduling benefits

Requirements

Skills Required

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in scheduling

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Experience with scheduling, planning, and materials handling in a production environment.

Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise resource planning processes.

Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently on assignments.

Familiarity with engineering, data analysis, and process optimization techniques
