Pay & Schedule


Pay Rate: Up to $78.00/hour (based on experience)


Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Employment Type: 12-month contract with potential for extension

What You'll Be Doing

• Conceptualize and develop engaging graphics, motion designs, animations, and video content for digital learning


• Collaborate with UX teams, instructional designers, and researchers to build user-focused content


• Work in an agile, fast-paced environment, generating visual experiences that are both safe and delightful


• Integrate user feedback and research findings to enhance learning impact


• Present your concepts through storyboards, prototypes, or interactive formats to various stakeholders


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical guidelines, while pushing creative boundaries


• Contribute to the evolution of the company's instructional design language and standards


• Be mentored by senior staff to develop your design, motion, and production expertise

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field (Interaction Design, Motion Design, HCI, etc.) or equivalent experience


• 1-2 years of experience in UX, web, or mobile design, with emphasis on video/motion/animation


• A strong portfolio that highlights your visual storytelling capabilities


• Passion for brainstorming, discovery, and cross-functional collaboration


• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions across teams


• Willingness to travel within the U.S. at least once per quarter
