Job Details
Join a dynamic team as a Configuration Manager and play a crucial role in managing the design and production of complex systems within a defense environment. This position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in configuration management while ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee changes to approved configurations using a systematic process.
- Deliver and maintain the engineering technical data package (TDP) in line with the CM Plan.
- Support configuration management and quality audits, providing solutions to moderate complexity issues.
- Coordinate with company personnel, customers, and suppliers to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in using databases and MS Office suite for preparing reports and documents.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with industry standards and government requirements.
- Knowledge of configuration management standards and military documentation.
- Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access.
- Experience with Oracle ERP and managing BOM structures.
