Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract job with a client in Nashville, TN(Hybrid). Responsibilities include managing identity and access controls using LDAP and Microsoft CA and supporting digital certificate operations through OpenSSL and middleware programming.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:
- Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Oracle OIM and Ping Federate to ensure secure and efficient identity lifecycle management.
- Configure and maintain authentication and authorization services, including LDAP, Microsoft CA, and Active Directory Certificate Services.
- Develop and support digital certificate management processes, leveraging OpenSSL and integrating with middleware platforms.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enforce access policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance of identity services.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) development and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OIM, Ping Federate, and related IAM technologies.
- Proficiency in managing digital certificates, LDAP, Microsoft CA, and middleware programming using tools like OpenSSL.
