About the Role


We're seeking a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist for a short-term, full-time, onsite engagement in Pasadena, CA. In this role, you will assist with a large-scale mobile device rollout involving iPhones, Google Pixels, and iPads for a growing team. You'll work hands-on with IBM MaaS360, helping configure, deploy, and troubleshoot devices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.




Key Responsibilities




  • Configure and deploy iPhones, iPads, and Google Pixel devices using MaaS360




  • Enroll and manage mobile devices in MaaS360, ensuring compliance with company policies




  • Troubleshoot MDM-related issues and escalate when necessary




  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and support device hand-offs




  • Document configurations, procedures, and outcomes as needed




  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met during device provisioning






Required Qualifications




  • Proven experience with IBM MaaS360 in a hands-on device management role




  • Strong understanding of MDM best practices for both iOS and Android platforms




  • Experience deploying and configuring iPhones, iPads, and Google Pixel devices




  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail




  • Ability to work independently and on-site daily in Pasadena, CA




  • Strong communication skills and professionalism

  • Work Environment: 100% onsite in Pasadena - no remote options




  • Schedule: Standard business hours (Mon-Fri)




  • Start Date: Mid May
