Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Anaplan/Pigment Architect to lead the design and deployment of advanced financial and operational planning models. You will partner with global stakeholders across the US and India to drive scalable forecasting, budgeting, and analytics solutions that support business-critical initiatives including GAAP integration and operational visibility. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise performance management platforms (Anaplan and/or Pigment) and a strong understanding of functional processes across Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in the US and India to gather business requirements and convert them into dynamic, scalable models in Pigment and/or Anaplan.
  • Lead architecture and model design for:
    • Finance functions: Revenue, COGS, Cost of Services, Long-Range Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Supply Chain: Demand Planning, Supply Optimization, Component Forecasting
    • Sales: Sales Planning, Territory/Quota Management, Pipeline Forecasting
  • Support and guide integration of planning models with downstream and upstream systems including ERP, CRM, Financial Reporting tools, etc.
  • Ensure best-practice model governance, performance tuning, and data security across platforms.
  • Collaborate with CyberArk stakeholders on GAAP integration related forecast and cost allocation models.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical enablement to model builders and analysts across global teams.
  • Develop documentation, user training materials, and support change management initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and roadmap development to expand analytics capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder Certification or higher (Master Anaplanner preferred).
  • 6 10+ years of progressive experience in EPM/Planning platforms, ideally including Pigment experience.
  • Proven track record in designing and architecting large-scale planning models in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling concepts, supply chain planning, and sales operations process flows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working in distributed/global teams.
  • Expertise in data integrations, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
