Job Title: Bioinformatics Analyst
Location: Basking Ridge NJ 07920 USA ( Onsite )
Duration: 10+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: DOE
- Mandatory skills:
- Experience with R, python, Cloud computing services (AWS) and analytics/visualization software (Spotfire) is preferred.
- Master s or higher degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science or a related discipline
- 5 + years experience in managing team with at least 3~4 bioinformatics programmers
- Expert programmer in at least one language, with experience working in production environments. We have a strong preference for R, python and Java
- Extensive experience with data modeling for analytical applications
- Strong in Unix shell/Perl scripting
