Compensation
Pay Range:$39.30-$57.80/Hrs

Description
* Lead diverse technology projects, products, or programs across multiple disciplines within IT/Software.
* Utilize expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues to meet goals and requirements.
* Apply scrum master techniques in Agile development practices.
* Possess advanced knowledge in areas such as Asset Management, FinTech, and Investments.
* Understand the life cycle of financial services products.
* Communicate business strategy and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead technology projects, products, or programs.
* Direct staff and resolve issues to achieve product goals.
* Employ Agile scrum techniques to improve development practices.
* Communicate architectural vision effectively to all stakeholders.
* Manage dependencies and coordinate priorities across teams.

Qualifications
* 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in Asset Management.
* PMP certification and/or Agile Scrum certification.
* 3 years of Agile Scrum Management experience.
* Experience in leveraging agile methodology for multi-discipline efforts.
* Understanding of technology infrastructure and testing environments.
