Post Deployment Support

Location: Des Moines, IA
Setting: Onsite
Contract: 12 months+

Post-deployment refers to the set of activities, processes and tasks undertaken after a device has been successfully deployed to its target location. This phase is critical for ensuring that the end user is fully functional and operating effectively.

Job responsibilities:


  • Collaboration between the deployment team operations, security and customer support teams
  • Responding to and resolving customer issues
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • End-User Support efficient and responsive customer support is crucial during post deployment.
  • Help users navigate and understand any new applications & features, and troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Documentation updating and maintaining work documentation and service tickets
  • This is a physical role that requires unencumbered mobility throughout the facility. This will include moving computer equipment and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel is required to other locations.
  • Overtime is required On-site in Des Moines, Iowa.
