Title : Globalscape EFT / MFT Support Engineer
Location : Houston, TX (ONSITE)
Duration : 12+ Months
Detailed Job Description:
- hands-on experience with Globalscape EFT and Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms.
- Strong understanding of file transfer protocols SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS.
- Experience with DMZ Gateway, RAM agents, and AWE configurations.
- Proficient in managing and troubleshooting HA environments and RAM agents.
- Good knowledge of encryption/decryption, SSL configurations, and key management.
- Strong scripting skills in Unix shell and PowerShell.
- Experience in using Putty, WinSCP, FileZilla.
- Proven track record in handling incident management, especially P1/P2 issues, with adherence to SLAs.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during US shift hours and provide on-call support as required.
