Job Details
- Bachelor s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of ERP project management experience, preferably involving M2M or similar manufacturing ERP systems.
- Proven success managing ERP upgrades, reconfigurations, or data migration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, routings, and costing.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-vendor teams in complex, multi-phase projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
