Job Responsibilities:
Requirements
Proven experience in business process mapping and analysis
Ability to collaborate closely with IT teams and document technical needs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in M& A, transformation, or post-acquisition projects preferred
Must be able to work onsite in a hybrid capacity

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis of current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Map workflows from current to future state, particularly in a post-merger context
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and gather business requirements
- Document and guide IT/technical teams to implement process or system changes
- Support cross-functional teams throughout the M& A transition effort
- Provide status updates and documentation to project leadership
