Job Details
Piper Companies is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for an established insurance company. This is a full-time/permanent position and is REMOTE, but candidates must be located on the East Coast and able to work EST. Preference for candidates who are open to occasional on-site visits (once per month if possible) in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Manage lead nurturing and retargeting efforts
Execute digital strategies across owned, earned, and paid media
Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email)
Track campaign performance and optimize for conversions and lead quality
Align with sales on MQL criteria and lead handoff process
Build target personas and tailor messaging to key audiences
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaign execution
Support lead generation through events, webinars, and sponsorships
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in demand or lead generation marketing
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience with tools like GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar
Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns from planning to execution
Compensation:
Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience plus bonus eligibility
