Role: Tech Lead(.NET , C# & LAMP stack)

Location: Atlanta, GA ( Onsite )

Experience Level: 7 - 9 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech lead with a strong background in both the C# .NET ecosystem with MSSQL Server and the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). The ideal candidate will have led technical team and provided advanced application support (L3/L4), with a deep understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C# .NET and MSSQL Server
  • Develop and maintain web applications using the LAMP stack
  • Serve as a Technical Lead, overseeing and mentoring team members and reviewing code and architecture of 2 applications
  • Ensure software meets performance, quality, security, and scalability requirements
  • Manage and support escalated issues (L3 and L4 support), including root cause analysis and permanent resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management
  • Participate in design and code reviews, providing technical feedback and recommendations
  • Contribute to documentation and best practices for ongoing development and support

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
  • Solid understanding and application of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Experience performing L3 and L4 support, including troubleshooting and system diagnostics
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in leading technical teams and project delivery
  • Open to travel on need basis within US for project requirement

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in C# .NET, .NET Core, and MSSQL Server
  • Proven experience with LAMP stack: Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP
