We are seeking a junior-level professional with a foundational understanding of core concepts and features relevant to their subject area. The ideal candidate is familiar with industry or organizational applications of this knowledge, maintains awareness of key initiatives, issues, and benefits, and knows how to access additional information when needed. This role is well-suited for individuals who are new to the functional discipline and can work effectively under general supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and analytical support for assigned functions or projects.
- Formulate and define project scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on process improvement efforts aimed at enhancing outcomes.
- Gather and analyze information to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Evaluate business problems and their connection to technology solutions.
- Assist in the development of project proposals, including problem definition, analysis of alternatives, cost/benefit analysis, and preparation of documentation such as reports and models.
- Coordinate activities primarily at the department level.
