Salary Range: $58,200 - $66,600 per year


Location: Dublin, CA - Onsite Role


Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Strong communication skills

  • Windows environment

  • ServiceNow ticketing system

  • Networking

  • Server troubleshooting

  • Reporting

  • Multi-tasking

  • Incident Management experience is preferred

  • Ability to identify trending and analyze issues

  • Flexible with shifts and working weekends
