A leading global airline is seeking a seasoned UX Designer to join its Digital Customer Experience team within the Customer Experience organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact, employee-facing tools that shape operations at scale.

What You'll Do:
  • Design modern, responsive web and mobile experiences based on user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life.
  • Apply research insights, design systems, and accessibility standards to every phase of the UX process.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings to inform design iterations.
  • Present and communicate design rationale to stakeholders across functions.
  • Contribute to the growth of UX maturity within a large enterprise environment.
  • Mentor junior designers and uphold UX best practices and consistency.

Key Projects:
  • Employee-facing platforms in the Tech Ops space
  • Scalable design systems and tools that support thousands of global employees

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise or complex systems
  • Experience designing information-dense, internal tools or B2E (business-to-employee) applications
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and tools like Jira, Rally, or Aha!
  • Experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web design
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.0 AA)
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

Preferred:
  • Experience working in DesignOps or on design system teams
  • Familiarity with localization, inclusive design, or generative AI
  • Master's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Visual Design, or related field

Logistics:
  • Duration: 8/4/2025 through 12/31/2025 with high potential to extend into 2026
  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
  • Schedule: Hybrid, Onsite Tuesdays-Thursdays
  • Interview Format: Onsite interview (1 round) with potential design assessment
  • Laptop: Provided

  • Pay Rate: $60-70 per hour, based on experience
