Position Summary
As a member of the Enterprise Data and AI Governance team, the Data Engineering Audit Readiness Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring that CVS Health data engineering processes and systems are audit-ready. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement best practices, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and prepare for internal and external audits.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $213,210.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.

Position Summary

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards, including privacy laws, NIST guidelines, HIPAA, ISO27001, SOC2, and PCI standards.
- Knowledge of AI Governance principles and practices.
- Ability to write security policies and standards.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and training abilities.
- Experience with audit processes and tools.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, audit readiness, or compliance. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Certification in data engineering or compliance (e.g., CISA, CDP, RHIA)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or Health Information.
- Master Degree preferred
