Position: SAP Security Architect
Location: Raritan, NJ

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Lead SAP Security Architect with deep expertise in SAP security administration and architecture across diverse modules, especially within S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing secure SAP landscapes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory mandates, and organizational policies. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on technical capabilities, and the ability to guide stakeholders on access controls, authorization frameworks, and segregation of duties (SoD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy end-to-end SAP security frameworks aligned with best practices and compliance standards.

  • Serve as the SME for SAP security, offering guidance on access controls, role management, SoD, and authorization strategies.

  • Manage user access and role provisioning/de-provisioning across SAP systems.

  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve security issues; conduct audits and ensure compliance.

  • Deliver security support across all phases of SAP projects from planning to post-go-live.

  • Build and maintain persona-based security roles for Fiori applications.

  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise with tools and components including Fiori Launchpad Designer, catalogs, groups, pages, Web Dynpro, UI5 apps, PFCG roles, OData, ICF Services, and Fiori Apps Library.

  • Engage directly with clients, understand their business processes, and collaborate with project teams for effective solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of SAP Security experience with architectural and administrative responsibilities.

  • Extensive module experience including EWM, WM, MM, FI, SD, and Ariba.

  • At least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP role design, user administration, and SoD principles.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience conducting SAP security audits.

  • In-depth knowledge of Fiori app security and related components.

  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions.

  • SAP Security certifications or equivalent credentials.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
