We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, creating dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support business decision-making.

  • Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.

  • Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

  • 2+ years of experience as a BI Engineer or Data Analyst.

  • Strong SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus.

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Experience with dbt or Airflow.

  • Knowledge of data modeling (Kimball/star schema).

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
