$100,000 - $172,500
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

The Manager, Data Analytics and Project Management- Global Portfolio Transformation, will coordinate and deliver strategic analytics resources and data driven insights, implement communication strategy, and leads system integration/ data implementation to support the Medtech Surgery transformation. Will partner and collaborate closely with the Finance, Supply Chain, Regional & Platform DRI's and multi-functional partners. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver the metrics and reporting strategy linked to transformation execution inclusive of financial metrics, conversion progress, performance vs plan, and other key achievements to commercial leadership including Director, Global Portfolio Transformation.
- Co- create metrics and reporting strategy.
- Delivers Global, Regional and Platform level analytics and insights related to transformation activities.
- KPI measurement and reporting for all related transformation initiatives.
- Drives shared accountability for metrics and analytic approach to performance monitoring.
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners to drive Surgery transformation forward in a timely manner. Works through the hurdles and leads via influence.
- Project manage timelines, implementation of metric monitoring and analysis, and execution of innovative initiatives aligned to the HIT Next needs of the commercial organization.
- Leads systems integration/ back-end data implementation related to Portfolio Transformation efforts.
- Ensures data analytics are integrated at all levels to monitor and ultimately improve execution, speed to next action, and accountability across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Required Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years professional experience across Commercial roles or Healthcare preferred
- Experience in Medical Devices/Technology required
- Experience partnering with and leading a multi-functional team and organizational build out
- Project management experience in a multi-functional environment strongly preferred
- People leadership experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of MedTech Industry and US Hospital Systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple partners across the organization including multi-functional collaborators including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, KAM, Supply Chain, Finance.
- Understanding of data analysis, US sales/ contracting landscape to build out meaningful and actionable reporting and metrics.
- Understanding of Global + US Medtech Surgery systems and data workflows.
- Understanding of planning, execution, and measurement of sales and contracting processes.
- Creative thinking to develop effective strategies and translate into actionable insights to monitor and drive commercial effectiveness.
- Ability to establish a strategy, a complex project plan and then implement proactively, be it independently or within a team
- Exceptional interpersonal, professionalism, communication and presentation skills.
- Technical Skills including Tableau, MS Office, SAS, Power BI and other data tool sets required.
