Supply Chain Analyst (BOM & Delivery Tracking) |
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to join our Procurement team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage Bill of Materials (BOM) lists and ensure efficient delivery tracking. The ideal candidate will work closely with procurement team members, internal stakeholders and suppliers, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Manage and maintain BOM lists, ensuring all components are accurately listed and updated. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies. Track deliveries and update internal systems to reflect current status, ensuring timely and accurate information is available to stakeholders. Analyze delivery performance and report any issues or delays, proposing solutions to mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update the latest information. Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for management. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.

Must Have: Bachelor s degree. Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on BOM and delivery tracking. Oracle ERP/Google applications/MS Office tools Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
