Job Title: Program/Project Manager 3 (CW)

As a key supporter of the Idea to Retire (I2R) Digital Transformation (DT) workstream, the I2R Program/Project Manager will be tasked with organizing, coordinating, and managing a variety of projects. This position requires collaboration within a highly matrixed environment to drive projects and programs for the I2R Digital Transformation Team. What You ll Do Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion aligned with company goals. Utilize SharePoint, data analytics, and project management tools to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration among stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met. Manage risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve project efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives and strategic initiatives. Who we are looking for: Bachelor s degree in business, engineering or operations management, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience working in complex product development environments with technical teams, such as engineering and advanced research and development. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision-making. Comfortable with and adaptable to ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed organization. Able to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and leadership levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Located within 50 miles of the Tualatin, Oregon (US) location and able to travel within US, up to 5% of the time. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing, or global supplier. Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2; or 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management. Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI and SharePoint.
