Lead Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a talented Lead Salesforce Developer for a client of ours that specializes in mortgages and loan servicing. As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to our loan servicing operations. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for loan servicing operations, with a focus on mortgages.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.


• Customize and configure Salesforce Financial Cloud to meet the specific needs of our loan servicing business.


• Develop Apex code, SOQL queries, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and other customizations as necessary to extend Salesforce functionality.


• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the scalability and reliability of Salesforce solutions.


• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


• Stay abreast of Salesforce best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.


• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of success in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.


• Extensive experience with Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and other relevant technologies.


• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Financial Cloud, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.


• Solid understanding of loan servicing processes and familiarity with mortgage industry standards and regulations is highly desirable.


• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant are preferred.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
