Description

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the brand identity and digital presence of a growing medspa business based in Houston, Texas. This position offers flexibility with remote work opportunities, coupled with occasional onsite visits for content creation every other week.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and the company website.
Create digital assets and graphics that align with the medspa's branding, promotions, and service offerings.
Design marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional collateral.
Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding.
Coordinate and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
Collaborate with leadership to generate innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Analyze and optimize digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
Support email marketing initiatives by designing and scheduling campaigns.
Conduct regular performance reviews of digital channels to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating marketing materials.
Familiarity with website maintenance and content management systems.
Ability to plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
Excellent organizational skills to manage a content calendar effectively.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate digital marketing performance.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with leadership.
