Job Details

VDart is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to support the IT Cybersecurity NERC CIP Compliance team with operational Identity and Access Management (IAM) program activities. The BA will work cross-functionally with compliance SMEs and IT teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of IAM program outcomes.

Qualifications & Skill Sets

Education

  • Bachelor s degree preferred (Information Security or related field a plus).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience managing and updating IT workflows, processes, and documentation.
  • Previous work experience in Identity and Access Management programs/teams preferred.
  • Familiarity with NERC CIP standards is not required but candidates should be willing to develop working knowledge of CIP-004 requirements.

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, including DAX formulas and Power Query, for data analysis.
  • Experience performing data/process analysis to identify anomalies or support operational controls.
  • Knowledge of Power BI preferred (not required).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT compliance analysts to support role lifecycle management processes.
  • Assist with IAM-related activities such as access reviews, certifications, and user lifecycle governance.
  • Create and maintain program documentation, workflows, and training materials.
  • Generate IAM-related reports from multiple systems and conduct data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Support continuous improvement of IAM processes and compliance operations.
