The client is seeking an experienced Workday Developer to join their team. As a Workday Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Workday solutions to meet our business requirements.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Workday Developer with experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, Financial Management, or other modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Workday Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Workday Developer, with experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, Financial Management, or other modules.
2. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, Workday Web Services (WWS), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Report Writer.
3. Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, such as XML, XSLT, and JavaScript.
4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
5. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
6. Certifications: Workday certifications in relevant modules (HCM, Payroll, Financial Management, etc.) are a plus.
