Job Details

Role-Level 3- 4 Radio Engineer.

Location-100% Remote

Function as Level 3- 4 Radio Engineer.

Lead & Support End-to-end radio system design, integration, and commissioning.

Support Radio Network initiatives including Proof of Concepts and Production deployments.

Troubleshooting audio quality, coverage gaps, and data services

Configure and test repeaters, combiners, antennas, routers, and associated IP networking hardware

Own and fulfill small to large strategic or tactical Private Cellular projects. Function as point of escalation for project execution issues.

Help design, test, and implement new Radio solutions and Proof of Concepts.

Help with the vendor and solution selection process.

Lead weekly project status meetings.

Conduct and/or coordinate site surveys, develop site plans to gain total coverage of facility.

Coordinate resources, track execution, and validate new deployments, upgrades, and expansions.

Supervise and performing site installs, maintenance, upgrades, or software enhancements to support the Radio/cellular infrastructure needs.

Function as a point of escalation for operational issues, work with vendors for timely resolution.

Submit and track Change Management for all Motorola Radio & Cellular systems.

Monitor system for trouble areas and proactively resolve and document root cause.

Support service tickets as needed while engaged on enterprise cellular deployments.

Engage with manufacturer technical support centers to quickly resolve issues as they arise.

Create/maintain Operational Support Guides and any other documentation.

Travel to radio sites to conduct site surveys, perform system testing, acceptance, maintenance, and provide support for deployments, testing, and validations as needed.
