Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in FICO Decision Management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, decision modeling, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Proven experience in leading projects and managing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for FICO DM within the organization.
- Lead a team of developers, analysts, and business users in the implementation and enhancement of decision management solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain FICO Decision Management models and systems.
- Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of decision management solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize model performance and decision strategies.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for FICO DM implementations.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and emerging trends in decision management.
- Ensure all decision management systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement robust risk management frameworks to minimize operational risks associated with decisioning.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
