Job Title: FICO DM (Decision Management) Developer Location: Pittsburgh, PA / Cleveland, PA / Dallas, TX Position Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
Skill: FICO DM Developer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in FICO Decision Management or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, decision modeling, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and managing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for FICO DM within the organization.
  • Lead a team of developers, analysts, and business users in the implementation and enhancement of decision management solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Technical Expertise:
  • Design, develop, and maintain FICO Decision Management models and systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of decision management solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize model performance and decision strategies.
Project Management:
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for FICO DM implementations.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and emerging trends in decision management.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure all decision management systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement robust risk management frameworks to minimize operational risks associated with decisioning.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
