Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications.
  • Review, analyze, and resolve complex multi-faceted software engineering challenges.
  • Participate in large-scale planning initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to align solutions with business needs.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Support migration, integration, and optimization of applications in cloud and containerized environments (OpenShift).

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, military service, or education.
  • Strong experience with Core Java, Java 8, and Full Stack Java development.
  • Proficiency with frontend frameworks: React.js, Angular, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML.
  • Solid experience in React Native for cross-platform mobile application development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OpenShift for container orchestration and deployment.
  • Knowledge of MongoDB for NoSQL database management.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
