Role : Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Lead w/ OTL
Location: Houston, TX Onsite (Local TX candidates only)
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a techno-functional lead for Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Mgmt, Talent Mgmt, ORC, and EBS Oracle Time & Labor.
- Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable HCM solutions.
- Participate in Oracle patch testing, validation of enhancements, and business fit-gap analysis.
- Develop BI reports, interfaces, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and SQL/PLSQL queries.
- Manage integration with third-party tools (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Benefits vendors).
- Support application configuration, test planning, user training, and deployment activities.
- Participate in UAT, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure system compliance.
- Provide off-hours and production support as needed.
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Talent, ORC.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and HCM workflows.
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BI Analytics.
- Familiarity with HCM Design Studio, personalization, and workflow tools.
- Understanding of web service APIs (REST/SOAP) nice to have.
- Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party systems (ADP, LMS, etc.).
- Exposure to Oracle EBS System Admin tasks preferred.
- Bachelor s Degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
- Senior Specialist: Minimum 5+ years relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
- Lead Specialist: Minimum 10+ years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
- Full lifecycle implementation experience (at least 2 full implementations).
