- Actively pursue and generate new business by identifying potential clients in need of IT staffing services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch revenue targets, expanding the client base and deepening relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts, close deals, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Work closely with senior management to align branch goals with corporate strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify top talent, assess skill sets, and ensure the right candidates are placed in client roles.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, including knowledge of technologies, job roles, and hiring trends.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow client accounts.
- Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all functions are running efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and supervise a team of recruiters, sales professionals, and administrative staff, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational best practices.
