About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Designer, based in the US, who goes beyond traditional design responsibilities. This individual will combine business analysis, product strategy, product management and product design expertise to shape digital products that deliver both business impact and exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of analytical thinking, product vision, understanding of end-user needs and product design sensibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze market trends, customer needs and business requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear product opportunities and design strategies,
• Participate in shaping product vision, roadmap and value proposition aligned with organizational goals.
• Define and manage product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive product performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Drive end-to-end design process, including research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Conduct usability testing and design validation to refine concepts before launch.
• Contribute to proposal development, RFP responses and sales efforts in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, IT/Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
• 12-15 years of experience in product-related roles, combining Business Analysis, Product Management and Product Design.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management from strategy to delivery.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD etc.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and experience writing user stories and functional requirements.
• Analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback and KPIs to guide decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills - with the ability to influence both business and technology decisions.
• Comfortable engaging C-level and senior stakeholders such as CDO/CTO/CMO as a trusted partner.
• Based in the USA with ability to travel occasionally for key customer meetings.
