Account Growth Manager, CPG
Location: Plano, Texas

Note: This Account Manager is expected to be at the client location in Plano 80% of the time. Remote/travel options will not work and won t be considered.
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of industry and client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, identifying value-add opportunities through services and products.

  • Leverage CPG expertise, industry insights, technology, and process knowledge to anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for value creation.

  • Collaborate closely with solution and capability teams to ensure alignment with client priorities and strategic objectives.

  • Represent the full portfolio of CPG solutions and capabilities spanning AI, Engineering, and Behavioral Sciences.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring delivery excellence, measurable business impact, and high client satisfaction.

  • Manage and nurture client relationships across business and technology stakeholders globally, effectively engaging CXOs, SVPs, and Director-level clients.

  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, impactful delivery.

  • Drive account growth and margin targets in line with organizational goals.

  • Monitor account health and delivery performance to ensure commitments are met and sustained value is delivered.

  • Based in the Dallas area and expected to be at the client office 4 5 days per week.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 15+ years in IT Services, including 5+ years in Account Management, with a proven track record of growing strategic accounts and building long-term relationships.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage CXO and senior leadership.

  • Proven ability to understand client business, translate challenges into actionable opportunities, and navigate complex client ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Engineering, Delivery Management, or CPG Consulting.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to drive account expansion and achieve growth targets.

  • Deep knowledge of AI, Engineering, Cloud Technology, and related domains, with awareness of evolving industry trends.

  • Experience managing end-to-end delivery of large, complex engagements, including custom solutions, platforms, accelerators, and products.

  • Self-driven, decisive, and committed to delivering transformational client impact, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

  • Master s (preferred) or bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
