Job Details

Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Moreno Valley, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 3 weeks contract

Job Description:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience in a support role
  • Experience supporting end-user devices in an enterprise desktop environment
  • Proficient with:
    • Windows 7–10
    • Microsoft Active Directory
    • MS Office 365
    • PC hardware installation and troubleshooting
    • Enterprise antivirus solutions
  • Experience with mobile device management (iOS and Android)
  • Familiar with enterprise encryption solutions
  • Basic experience with:
    • Networks and infrastructure systems
    • SCCM
    • Intune
    • VPN
    • Antivirus software
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic networking skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet SLAs
  • Fluency in the local language is mandatory
  • Good command of English
