Summary: IT Project Managers oversee technology projects from planning to delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget objectives are met. They coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  2. Develop project plans and schedules.
  3. Coordinate project teams and resources.
  4. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
  5. Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  6. Communicate project status to stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  8. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
  9. Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned.
  10. Foster continuous improvement in project management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills/Duties:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
  • Experience managing software development projects.
  • Knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Jira).
  • Ability to mentor project teams.
