Job Title: Sales Compensation Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA (downtown)- Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (NO CTC OR 3RD PARTIES PLEASE)


Job Summary
Our Fortune 500, an award-winning client in downtown Atlanta, has a contract-to-hire position for Sales Compensation Administrator. You ll be the go-to expert for all things related to commissions and incentive plans. You ll manage the full compensation cycle from calculating accurate payouts and tracking performance metrics to resolving questions and partnering with teams across Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations. You ll also help improve the way sales compensation works by analyzing data, supporting plan design, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain sales commission and incentive plans

Calculate commissions and ensure timely, accurate payouts

Use compensation tools (e.g., Xactly, Excel) for tracking and reporting

Analyze performance and payout data to spot trends and improve processes

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and RevOps to align plans with business goals

Ensure legal and policy compliance with all comp programs

Generate reports to support audits, planning, and leadership visibility

Assist in designing pay structures, quotas, and incentive models

Communicate compensation plans to employees clearly and effectively


Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in sales comp, finance, or HR analytics

Strong skills in Excel and compensation tools

Organized, detail-oriented, and great at solving problems

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex plans

Experience running analysis and submitting forecasts, not just data pulling for reports.

Knowledge of comp structures; CCP or CSCP a plus
