Job Details
The Asset Release Management team is responsible for managing the intake, testing, qualification, and publication of Siri and Apple Intelligence assets, which includes ML models, voices, and other digital files that are delivered over-the-air to internal and consumer Apple devices. The team works cross-functionally with Siri and Apple Intelligence development teams, QA, build and integration teams, and engineering project managers to qualify and release both beta and production assets on a near daily basis.
Description Duties associated with this position include: * Develop efficient, and maintainable automation code for build and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools * Monitor builds for failures and work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly. * Continuously evaluate and improve release management practices. * Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices * Plan, schedule, and participate in software releases across development, testing, and production environments. * Consistently delivering in line with the defined SLAs for the releases.

Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers, project managers, QA, calling out when needed
- Eager to learn, not shy about asking questions
- Experience triaging system level issues and analyzing system logs
- Curiosity and perseverance to review problems through many layers of the software stack
- Passionate about using your skills to improve tools, write new scripts, and recommend process improvements to help improve root cause identification
- Experience with bug reporting tools
- Comfortable working in Terminal/Unix shell
- Scripting/coding experience(Ability to write/modify shell scripts, Familiarity with regular expressions, Experience with python, Experience with Git/Source Control)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with database and event driven systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Background in software development and large scale release operations.
