We're looking for a Data Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract to help us optimize the management and accuracy of product data in our ERP systems. What You'll Do:
As a Data Support Analyst, you'll be at the heart of managing data and processes that drive product quality, compliance, and efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Data Management: Clean up and maintain accurate Material Master data attributes to support production, regulatory requirements (e.g., UDI, ACE, PMA, MDD), and overall Order-to-Cash processes.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and validate data updates for accuracy, execute adjustments manually or via IT data requests, and ensure seamless integration of changes.
- Quality Support: Collaborate on Device Master Records (DMR), Quality Change Orders, and documentation procedures to ensure compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, review, and release product data while maintaining compliance with quality systems regulations.
- Process Improvement: Assist with small process optimization and technology projects to align ERP systems with business needs.
- Configuration Back-Up: Maintain knowledge of configurator logic to generate consistent BOM structures and support international operations when needed
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and ready to learn while leaning into innovation. While a Bachelor's degree is required (preferred in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, or Information Management), we're excited to see candidates who bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in a business/data management role.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Knowledge of business processes related to ERP systems and Master Data management.
- Familiarity with lean process development or experience in IT/project-based environments.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience updating processes and data within PLM and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to problem-solve complex challenges.
- Interest in technology that drives efficiency and compliance in business operations.
