Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient server-side applications using Java technologies
• Collaborate with the front-end development team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
• Implement RESTful APIs and web services to support seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems
• Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, implementing caching mechanisms, and optimizing database queries
• Work with the database team to design and implement database schemas and optimize data storage and retrieval
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
• Debug and resolve application defects and performance issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)
• Experience with web application development using Java technologies (Servlets, JSP, etc.)
• Proficiency in working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and writing efficient SQL queries
