Job Details
Role and responsibilities:
- Develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
- Ensure the solution aligns with the organizational technology strategy
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
- Participation in stakeholder interviews and documentation of business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural standards
- Candidate should be strong in Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
- Good knowledge of Cloud technologies, AI/ML.
- Quick and vivid learner, understand and learn the Amex ecosystem and process
- Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to tailor and deliver communications to all levels of organizations, from project teams to executive leadership
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, MS Project, Vision, and other collaboration tools
- Exceptional PowerPoint design and presentation skills
- Experience with Contact center Nice to have.
