What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain high-performance Python-based applications for quantitative investment software.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines and data engineering solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and engineering to build next-generation fintech tools.
Contribute to system architecture, design decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay on top of new technologies, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the table.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of professional experience in Python development.
Strong experience in data engineering-ETL pipelines, data modeling, data processing frameworks.
Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
A passion for technology and an interest in financial markets or investment tech.
Degree in Computer Science or related field from a top 100 global university.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment.
